The BreakAway is a 501(c)(3) non-profit primarily supported by grants, fundraising and donations.    Your generous donation will support our mission: To empower women, confront addiction, to celebrate recovery.  Your investment will help women rebuild their lives and reunite with families through the programs offered at The BreakAway.  
In addition to the payments and maintenance on the home, we have  expenses for  the following: 
  • Two paid employees  
  • Maintenance and gas for our transportation van
  • Food items,
  • Office supplies 
  • Household items
Large or small, your generous donation provides an opportunity for women to build a foundation of recovery  and develop the skills needed for reunification with their families. While we have several fundraisers throughout the year , we couldn't exist without additional financial support. As a registered 501(c)(3), we can provide documentation of your tax deductible donation. Together we are changing lives.

We are always in need of household items such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, paper towels, detergent, copy paper, stamps, Tarc tickets, and gift cards for purchasing perishable items.  

Items can be dropped off at The BreakAway during normal business hours or feel free to make arrangements by calling 812-941-4177..
